You can request a return or refund within 90 days of your order arriving. Items do not need to be unused.
How to return an item
- Contact us at contact@forzashape.com within 90 days of delivery and tell us your order number.
- We will email you the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back to us.
Shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item we refund your original payment method. The time it takes to show on your account depends on your card issuer or payment service.
